Margaux’s journey began shortly after her building transitioned from the developer to the owners. She was elected to the board following a challenging campaign where it seemed forces aligned to deter her candidacy. Once elected, Margaux faced significant challenges, including addressing a performance audit after many management's employees changes, which also translated in many inexistent operational procedures and many angry owners. ​​​​
